About us: What defines Karré

What makes us different? That we are a personal company, for example. That we are still a family business at heart, even though we compete with large companies. That we operate our own fleet. That we focus on maximum flexibility… And so much more:

We are Karré

At home in Munich

We manage all projects from the Bavarian capital.

Partner in Hungary

Time-consuming manual work is carried out by over 100 employees at our Hungarian plant.

Experience since 1977

A wealth of experience, even more knowledge: We have been providing electronic manufacturing services for over 45 years.

Your advantage with us

experience

We have two in this sense:

1. Our employees
We value continuity. Our employees generally have years of experience in their respective roles.

2. Our company history
We have been producing printed circuit board assemblies since 1977 – now in our second generation.

flexibility

We know that sometimes plans change – and we are well prepared for that:

  • Mindset: We will find a solution
  • Raw materials: Our global network helps us avoid dependencies
  • Production: We manufacture exclusively in Europe
  • Delivery times: Our own fleet of vehicles makes us independent and extremely fast

Sustainability

We actively protect our employees and the environment. Specifically, this means:

  • Heating with renewable raw materials at the Hungarian site
  • No empty runs for our trucks thanks to targeted materials management
  • reuse of packaging materials
  • Explicit condemnation of human rights violations and environmental destruction in the Congo region with regard to conflict materials such as gold, tantalum, tungsten and tin.

Reliability

We recognize the importance of absolute reliability at all levels. For us, this means:

  • Adhere to deadlines
  • Using suppliers with a proven track record
  • to fulfill standards, norms and certifications
  • Being personally available for our customers (almost) anytime

Safety

Whether RoHS, GDPR or the security of supply of components: we focus on maximum safety.

  • RoHS: Our materials comply with the guidelines.
  • GDPR: We ensure maximum traceability in accordance with the GDPR
  • Reliability of supply: We plan ahead when procuring components and raw materials – there is plenty of space in our own warehouse.

Quality

We manufacture with the highest precision. To do this, we uncompromisingly rely on:

  • highly trained employees who have typically been with us for many years.
  • modern machinery and up-to-date software
  • the Karré DNA that drives us to continuously question and optimize processes.

Because quality is our top priority, we naturally comply with all current norms and standards.

Our sites

Fast, flexible, precise and price-conscious: thanks to our two European locations, we combine sometimes seemingly contradictory maxims. And that’s how it works:

Munich

The Karré headquarters. From the Bavarian capital, we support our customers and manage all projects.

The automated processes of SMD production and final inspection are also at home here.

Dévaványa (Hungary)

The long-standing employees at our Hungarian site in Dévaványa mainly take on time-consuming and complex manual work. This makes us particularly attractive for partners who want to save on costs, but not on quality.

Our company-owned fleet of vehicles then delivers the finished goods quickly and flexibly to their destination.

Component protection, quality and environment: our certificates and standards

We want transparency that builds trust. That is why we have been regularly certifying ourselves with independent auditors and customers from the industrial, automotive, medical, and energy technology sectors since 2002, and voluntarily comply with numerous international standards. The focus is on safety and quality.
